Canada niqub controversy

Canada has a population including more than a million Muslims. Wearing a niqub is a religious freedom and taking it from them is a bad thing. Though for regulations and security reasons this might be brought about occasionally. After France got heated up for, the niqub reason it's Canada’s turn. Recently an Egyptian Muslim woman refused to unveil her face in her French language class in a local college. She even quit the French language class when she was asked to remove her veil by the college and the provincial government.
The unidentified Egyptian Muslim women filed a petition for violation of her religious rights. She is a new immigrant to Canada and a mother of three kids.
The Egyptian Muslim woman had the necessary permission to wear the head to toe veil or niqub when she was first accommodated in the college as stated by the principal of the college. She was only able to see through a slit in her veil. Her first session started in August.
She was further given permission to take the front seat in classes with all male students behind her. She made presentations from the back of the class. The class in which she studied had three male and 17 female students.
The women asked the male students to move away from her and did one on one exercise with her female instructor as stated by the principal of the college. When the second session started in October, there were no female instructors and the whole class was supposed to sit in a u shaped formation in class. The principal stated that it is not possible to learn proper pronunciation if the teacher cannot see the mouth of the student. However, the Muslim woman told the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) Wednesday that she wore niqub because of male students in the class.
The human rights panel will give its verdict later in the spring about the case.
